J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Mountain View, CA) en janv. 2020
Entretien
They asked me difficult coding questions, lots of shortest path stuff, array manipulation, and even a Djikstra question. I was way out of my league. And I was applying for the janitor position!
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Seattle, WA)
Entretien
Asked about my experience and we’re wondering why i chose to be a janitor . Also asked if I have any plans to do something else and that’s it . My English isn’t very good. Thanks and that’s all
Short and simple. Only got a phone interview from them, but seemed okay. Never heard back for an in person interview, but that's not unexpected in the current job market
The interview for the Janitor (Facilities Custodian) role at Google was professional, welcoming, and thorough. Although the position is primarily operational, Google maintains its high bar for every employee, emphasizing cultural fit, attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in work.
