J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (New York, NY)
Entretien
There are four rounds of interviews seemingly split up over a couple to a few days. Each interview has a different focus: leadership, Googley-ness (Culture Fit), role related and overall thinking process. In my experience for sales/business related roles there are no real-time tests as there are for tech positions. The latter interview type however included hypothetical scenarios that were related to the business.

Question 1
I was given a hypothetical question about which sport I'd license for YouTube and why it would be lucrative for the business.
It has many stages. Graded on culture, problem solving, working with others and solutions . Remember the star method this is how you will pass the interview process. They want to understand how you think and what clarifying questions you will ask

Smooth interview process...one recruiter screen then hiring manager and full round of three interviews. Interviews focused on different areas - company/culture fit, cognitive behavior, and role fit. Everyone was geniunely nice but also very professional and focused on the questions/problems at hand.
