J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Washington, DC)

It was definitely challenging, but they provide you with a lot of context and preparation throughout the recruitment process before the interview. It's tricky because they want you to answer the questions in the specific format that Google uses, and that felt a little inauthentic to me at times. I feel like it kept me preoccupied as I tried to answer questions. But the interviewers were super nice - it was just grueling. I took the whole day off work because I had 3 1.5 hour interviews that were all throughout the day.

Question 1
Imagine you are in charge of organizing the grand opening event of a new Google office. How would you plan this event? Tell me about a time when you failed.
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.

Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
