Applied via referral from someone internally, then had a call with the recruiter. Did an interview with hiring manager after, then completed an assignment, then interviewed with two peers.
I prepared extensively and had many examples to speak to from my experience. I also researched the product I was interviewing for. I kept a 12 page google doc with tons of answers prepared and stories, and this helped tremendously.
The questions weren’t hard — things I’d expect for any comms interview.
The whole process took 7 weeks, like they said it would.
I sent thank you notes to the people I interviewed with after each interview.
