Long interviews with lots of people. Not organized. Recruiters had no actual knowledge of the people you would be interviewing with. Recruiters seemed clueless about actual experience and qualifications needed for the job. I have 10+ years, they kept referring me to positions requiring less than 2 years.
Le processus d’entretien d’embauche chez Google pour un poste en operations a été extrêmement long et fastidieux. Plusieurs étapes inutiles, beaucoup d’attente, une communication décousue… une véritable perte de temps, franchement décourageante.

Q : Pouvez-vous me décrire une situation où vous avez dû résoudre un problème complexe en équipe et expliquer comment vous avez contribué à la solution ?
Quick and easy ; most questions are on relevant experience plus motivation. Also what does growth look like for you. Have you worked in a team ? Conflict resolution.
How do you stay organised.
In 1st interview I solved the questions based upon the hint given by the interviewer. In 2nd interview, I solved the question without any hint, but unable to optimize the space complexity which the interviewer asked repeatedly, also no hint given by the interviewer. In 3rd interview, I solved the question without any hint and interviewer was pretty impressed by the solution as it was fully optimized. In 4th Interview, simple situation based questions and also my past experiences and projects.
