Recruiter reached out and asked if I was interested in a TPM position as he found my profile on a professional networking site. I did the screening interview with recruiter, he started the call by saying he didn't know why he called me because he didn't have enough information and I needed to update my profile. He then asked about my experience and if I coded--I said no, I do not code. He said the role required someone who could code. So, figured that was the end. He called back 2 weeks later to set up a phone screen with the TPM. I questioned it because I don't code and he indicated that was a requirement. He wouldn't provide me with the job description or any other information when asked. Merely stated HM was informed of my background and experience. I didn't pass the phone screen and he wouldn't provide feedback when asked about the areas of concerns. I asked about another position more aligned with my background and was told I cant apply again for a year. Overall bad experience.
