Employee referral then got phone call interview with an APM.
First disappointment, my interviewer was 15 minutes late. I thought that the interview duration will be extended to catch up the 15 minutes, but It wasn't unfortunately. So at the end, I had no more than 5 question in total, without really a relationship or a backbone behind. We start from A, jump to L, go back to B and finish with Z. When interviewing, I usually have the feeling that I'm building something to showcase my knowledge, not just jumping from unrelated question to another.
I also felt that my interviewer was running the interview in a "machinal" or "robotic" way. I felt that he wasn't really caring that much about what I had to say and I felt the conversation always one sided.
Last, I found the question completely irrelevant. I had one real question about PMs, which I thought will be the main topic of our call!

They asked what my favorite product was and how I would make it better. The entire interview was mostly centered around the product that I chose and my thinking about it.
5 interviews on-site with different team members.
It was hard to go from a friendly office tour to a deeply technical CS question first thing in the morning! However, it got easier after the first question and everyone was very friendly.
PS- The office is very fun too.
