It was a 45 minutes interview via google meets with HR and was asked with brain teasers. the process was friendly but lack of actual role explanation and it was fairly detailed

how would you explain google ads to someone who doesnt use internet
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.
Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference
