I was reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager outlined the job and its responsibilities and asked me about my experience. This was an informal call and not an interview call. I was scheduled for three interviews the following week. First one with another person on the larger team, second with the hiring manager and the last one with the hiring manager's manager. In my first call the interviewer seemed very uninterested- kept yawning and stretching which made me also uninterested in the process and threw me off my game. the other two calls were comparatively better but by this time I had already given up.

1. Create a new product strategy, include milestones and goals. On further probing they said, consider our automobile industry - how would they market their product on YouTube?
2. Working on a project and mid way learnt something new and had to change course - how did you manage?
3. Anything you would have done differently in the above project?
4. Tell me a scenario where you had to prioritize your needs over your engineering team's need.
5. What does the moto "Google creates products for everyone" mean to you?
Next Interview:
1. Tell me a time when you created a strategy? Elaborate on the challenges and how you overcame them?
2. Give me two examples where you used data to come up with a solution to a problem? (She wanted to see how I triangulated data to get meaningful outcomes)
Last Interview:
1. How would you improve customer acquisition for a product? Pick and example and explain.
2. How would you rollout a new feature in the market. Explain with an example.
3. What are the heuristics you will measure for success in this rollout?
What do you look for in a team? As a new team member how would you connect with other team members?

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.

But I got rejection after hr round so I don't know what's the rest rounds going on
