J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Singapour) en mars 2014
Entretien
I got an interview through employee referral. It took them a couple of months from the time when my CV was passed to the person in charge until they contact me to arrange for interview.
I went for 2 interview rounds with 3 interviewers in Google HQ in Singapore. The security procedure for the Asia Square building and for Google office itself were nothing like I've encountered before. Tips: composure, willingness to ask and graciousness to those who help you would eventually help you find your way to the right place.
All of my interviewers were very friendly, they're happy to answer any questions that you have, and even offered some refreshment. Everyone always have a Mac Air with them on which - it seems like - they're always connected to everyone else.
The role is strictly about scheduling interviews. I asked if there's more to the job scope than scheduling interviews and accommodating any mishaps that might happen, but I was surprised to find out that, no, there isn't. The job deals with such a large volume that this is all you have to do, and you have to be able to do this with such precision without a single mistake.
Google works with a lot of contractor and this role was to start off from there. Since this position was for a contract role, they can't answer any questions about salary range or benefits, which was to be discussed between you and the vendor.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
- Tell me about a mistake that you've done that also caused inconvenience for other people
- Tell me about the time when you have prepared for something, which you've put a lot of effort into, but nearing the end, something happened and disrupted everything
- Tell me about what went though your mind when you're doing a task that's hard to do but has to be done (probably related to your past stories about difficulties that you've faced), what motivates you to keep on going.
The interview process at Google for the role of recruiting coordinator was pretty easy to be honest. There is an English grammar test which is followed by an interview. The interviewer goes through the relevant skills and experience

Interview process was lengthy. Had me go through a series of interviews and practice rounds. Did not get the role. But had a great experience with the recruiter. Was surprised to even get an interview with all the layoffs happening
