I just had a phone email (first round). It wasn't a super big deal. I was anxious because I didn't expect to get an interview. I suppose I had all the qualifications they were looking for, but I also was super psyched out by all of the stuff they sent me about "how to prepare" for the interview. I did look at all the material they sent me on their website but I think it was honestly overwhelming. For anyone looking to interview for Google, I'd recommend being yourself and stick to the best interview practices you know.
TLDR: Google's website on how to prepare for their interview is overwhelming. (Also, the questions they asked me during their first round had nothing to do with all the stuff they sent me.)

5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
