2nd-4th rounds - In-person interviews with various Google employees, including some in the function/area of the position, as well with someone not in the same function/area of the company.

Was asked how to improve the features of Google+, even though I was not interviewing for a technical position.
Très clair et fluide, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la transparence. Exigeant et rigoureux je recommande cet environnement. Les questions sont en raccord avec le poste proposé. Je suis satisfait du premier entretien

It was ok, not too bad and quick. Interviewer asked all the right questions. Did not feel like a good fit there and decided not to pursue further. Will not be applying again
