First phone interview: I took half day off for this interview, but the interviewer stood up without any heads-up/reschedule notice. HR rescheduled phone interview again. Second phone interview: It's very obvious interviewer just got the question, and still reading the question requirement/description. On top of that, I can hear the interviewer's phone keeps ringing and texting in entire interview process. At the end of interview, the interviewer told me he is not working in embedded system. Overall it's a very bad interview experience. HR told me the Google policy "Interviewer was chosen by availability, familiar with embedded system isn't most important. "
