The interview process is well explained by other reviews. My personal experience though.. during the final interview you get to talk to 3 people one of which the Manager. In my case, the manager took on a role that was very distant. It felt like her only goal was to type as much as possible in line with the STAR method. Even if I was done explaining, she would be typing and not responding to me. It ended up feeling like I had a monologue for 45 minutes instead of a dialogue. This made it feel like she didn't get to know my true character. Maybe I was unlucky, cause the other two interviewers were absolutely amazing and I did have a dialogue with them. Finally, I did not get the offer because of this one interview, which I expected. If I can give anyone tips it would be to not let it bother you when it feels like you're talking to a wall. They take on a role and try to dig as deep as they can while truly sticking to the STAR method. Make sure you write out at least 10 examples so you have an answer for every situation.
Overall, HR has been truly amazing and all other interviewers as well. So I'm absolutely positive about the entire process and company, I think I just really didn't match with this one manager.

5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
