Google reached out to me and wanted me to interview for the role at the NBMBAA conference. Had a total of 5 interviews and everyone was pleasant. The process is pretty slow, that would be my only critique.

4 interviews minimum each to test different attribute (role related knowledge, cognitive abilities, leadership and googleyness) usually you are asked to describe your approach in solving a problem and go deep in details to understand better how you a) communicate b) think strategically c) collect the data d) transform data into insights e) lead projects/team f) navigate complexity etc
