Interview process was 1 phone screening and 3 onsite interviews. Interviewers were very laid back, struck common conversation which lifted any nerves. They would ask questions and then hear out your answer and probe you to evaluate more on an idea that you had presented.

If you were to find a way to increase Google Chrome usage in another country by 5X, what would be your game plan.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.

Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
