Recruiter found me on LinkedIn. Had a quick 20 minute screening conversation with the recruiter. Then, moved on to a meeting with a manager. Then had 2 interviews the following week with an AS and another manager. Heard back after about 2 weeks with feedback + no offer. It is very tough! They like ad experience and ask questions to gauge your thought process, so you should really practice and prepare ahead of time. Everyone (except final) was really nice and encouraging throughout so the lack of an offer caught me off guard. My last interview was with someone who was very cold and seemed distracted which shook me. A lot of the questions had a similar theme: 1) how do you prioritize? 2) why google solutions, 3) how do you work with others? 4) how do you plan to grow accounts or get back on track (quota wise)? Study Google Ads platform, study hypothetical questions, prepare stories to pull from, practice your answers outloud (record yourself), and make sure you answer questions directly and make sure you're customer centric! Good luck!
Questions d'entretien [3]
Question 1
How would you differentiate Google solutions to client from competitors like TikTok or Meta?
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Dublin, Dublin)
Entretien
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
