i look online for the job posting. saw the opening at the goodwill web site. fill out the application online. did not get a call for 3 days so i went in person and talk to the store manager and she said she would pull my application and give it a look. the next day i got a call and the interview was set up for the following week. interview was easy just asked about my prior work experience and if i had reliable transportation to work. got the offer n accepted.

The interview process was simple. You get called and and sit down. They ask the usual questions that other interviewers ask. Why this job? How do you handle a customer that needs help? They ask you about yourself and what you can contribute

Nice nice it was all very nice and good. Simple questions don't get panic. Answer what you know. Do not hesitate you will get an offer i am sure all the best.

It Takes a long time to get called in for an interview after submitting a job application. Normal average questions at interview like why you want to work there, strengths and weaknesses. All Must pass drug test before hired.
