I initially applied for the position of shift supervisor and was open to any other position as well. I got there a little early and the hiring manager came and ushered me into his office right on time. He was super nice and put my nerves at ease. Small office with a comfortable setting where he had a two page sheet with questions to ask me about specific situations I've had to deal with, rude customers. etc. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. I ended up getting a call later in the afternoon offering me a retail associate position, which I accepted.

When I went in for my interview it was a personable experience. I want to say It’s more or less questions about availability and previous experience especially your day to day routine from open to close.

I wasn't sure hat to expect but it really went well because I was familiar and had volunteered there before. Some questions are just in general interview questions but can stump you if not ready but nothing to be nervous about.

Fast/quick but lots of paperwork which required lots of training, reading IPs, communicating with your supervisor and much multitasking. In addition to all of that, don't be surprised if you get lied on and end up losing the job and not completing your training at all because management is "overbooked" lol.
