J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Goodwill en nov. 2012
Entretien
I applied early in the week and got a call on Friday night. I was asked to come in as soon as possible and came in the same night to interview in person as the phone interview. It was a pretty quick and simple interview. I also got a tour of the backroom. I was offered the job right after the interview was over. It actually took longer to hear back from them for orientation after the background and drug test.
It was very quick and easy. It was on site and very low pressure. They made it feel very comfortable. The interview lady was very nice. I ultimately turned down the job, but I did remember the process and how pleasant it was.

Question 1
To describe a time where I had to deal with difficult employee
simple, barely any questions. they didn’t ask much, first time worker and they still hired me sooo but that was 2021. It wasn’t awful but not very structured. could’ve been worse

Called me on the phone and set an in-person interview. Asked a few questions in their office, with just one manager. Interview probably lasted 30 minutes, with basic questions about my cashiering experience, why I was looking for a job, etc.
