Wasn't looking for a job or to relocate but was approached by their internal HR. Missed first informal call because didnt specifiy correc time. Arranged a skype interview and took a day off was ready earlier incase same time mistake was made again. Never got a call, interview had been cancelled their end due to something important coming up but failed to inform me. They wanted arranged to skype again, but I stopped the process then and there. Terrible first impression.

Applied on July 11th Contacted by HR on July 17th regarding salary expectations Contacted again regarding date for a remote design test on 21st July Took test on July 23rd Contacted on July 29th to set the date for a Skype interview 1st August Interview over Skype 4th August received and accepted offer. Was a very positive experience. Rapid responses from HR and quickly got me to an interview and then an extremely fast offer! The interview itself was very relaxed and was informative as they went over my test and gave extremely interesting feedback in areas where I could have improved. Filling gaps in my knowledge.
