I was contacted through LinkedIn and was offered to apply. The application process took around 11 weeks, which is normal, considering me living abroad. At first the communication was held via LinkedIn, then followed the first interview over the phone, which was rather generic, but yet professionally conducted. After that I was offered to take a technical on-line test. Finally I was invited to travel to Germany for an interview in person. The interview took place at the GGS office, which happened to be rather large and well-equipped. The interviewers were friendly and professional, so I enjoyed talking with them.
