I was called in for an interview and met with an acting manager to conduct the interview. The interview was held by both an HR rep and the manager who took turns asking prepared questions.

Submit application and resume. Program assistant will connect with you to book interview. Receive decision within a few weeks. At the time interviews were virtual they may be in person now. Usually animal interview with at least 2 managers/directors within the youth services department.

Submitted an Application online to Human Resources. I got a call back from the manager. Interview was completed with manager and director. Very nice people and accommodating. Really seemed genuinely interested in knowing their potential staff and how they can be a good fit.
