There were three stages to my recruitment. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and passionate about social innovation. Firstly, I had a telephone interview with one of the senior consultants. I was asked about my skills and experience and heard more about Good Innovation and the work they do. Secondly, I met with the two Directors for a case study interview and chat. Finally, I went for breakfast with the three Partners (inc. 2 co-founders) where I had the opportunity to ask any final questions and get to know them and their culture. I was offered the role and have very happily joined the team.
