      Entretien

      Very transparent, good and probing questions as well as a clear brief for the presentation aspect. Nice that there wasn't too much focus on stereotypical competency questions but a mix of general questions as well. Interviewers very friendly and displayed a genuine interest in me and passion for what they do. Clearly an excellent company and strategy with a healthy work/life balance.

      Entretien

      It was one of the best interview processes I have been through - fast, efficient and very well communicated. I also received a detailed interview pack before the second interview which contained a ton of useful information on the hiring manager, what they are looking for and company values. It explained clearly how the process would work, what to expect and how they like questions to be answered. This made it feel like they were really setting me up for success and would keep the interviews fair as everyone would be getting the same information throughout the process. T I had an initial 10 minute phone call very shortly after my application was reviewed to assess my fit and to dig into the role to ensure there was a good level of fit. I then had an interview with the hiring manager the following week, which was more of an informal chat where we covered my background and experience to see if it fit with the company and job. This allowed me to get to know her, her ways of working and more about the role/ team. I then had a competency based interview with 3 people, which involved a short presentation task (which was a fair task, not one that took an unrealistic amount of time!) and some questions where I gave examples of how my experience matched up - this followed the STAR structure as made clear in the pre interview pack. If there was something I hadn't covered in enough detail, this was lightly prompted, again feeling like they were trying to set me up for success. The final interview was another more informal chat with the director, where we covered my background and answered a few questions. He also gave me an overview of his vision for the role and team which was great. The offer followed shortly after and they were very efficient and fair throughout the whole process.
