Recently I had the opportunity to interview for an Account Executive role at Gong, which was an industry change for my career. I have been in healthcare for over 20 years so making the leap to software wasn't going to be easy for me. Along the process I was guided by Austin King at Gong. He was a complete professional and world class in making me feel comfortable as the interview process continued. Austin is an asset to Gong and I highly recommend him for future candidates that apply.

Overall, I was very impressed with the interview process at Gong! The majority of the process was handled by Austin King, who did an exceptional job at articulating the past, present and future of Gong—and the unique opportunity. Austin genuinely cared about what was most important to me and prioritized finding a path to achieve it. He was collaborative, professional, personable and knowledgeable, and made himself available to answer any questions that surfaced during process. Towards the end, he had to step out for family matters and seamlessly transitioned me to Shanleigh, who was also very professional and great to work with! I have only good things to say about how Gong handled the process from start to finish and am excited to be part of such a talented team!
