Great with follow up and giving feedback Justin sets you up for success by sharing what to be prepared with. He gives a clear picture of the vision and goals. His positive attitude and great personal story are inspiring. I had a great experience because he creates a high regard for the organization. I would work with him anytime.

Wow. This was the most disorganized process I've ever endured. A 3rd party recruiter reached out and held an initial screen with me that I passed. Then, she connected me with a brand new internal recruiter to Gong who followed up with me to ask me all of the same questions. I never heard from her again. I interviewed with a senior sales leader two times who rescheduled the interviews a few times before each meeting. After the initial VC, the follow up was to be on site over coffee and he blew me off the day we were supposed to meet for a 4th VC call when they were not far from where I was located. The person responsible for this hire seemed to favor male and the conversation got to be quite condescending at the end of our second conversation, despite his lack of experience. Wouldn't recommend this as a place for women to work as the culture has been described to me from the inside as a very "bro" culture
