The office manager called me up for an interview a few days after I had submitted my resume. On the day itself, I had to take a 45 minute long written test to test my language and thinking abilities. Following that, I was interview by two directors in 1:1 interviews.
There was a test, followed by an on site interview. The entire process was fast. The interviewers were very friendly, and it was very comfortable speaking with them. Entire process tooks less than a month.
Interview process was three parts. 1st interview, Phone call. 2nd Interview, Teams call with Manager. 3rd Interview, Teams call with Team. Typical interview questions. Good to be passionate about the work.
Pretty casual and easy to talk to. They Ask basic questions about your PR experience and what you're hoping to gain from the program. I had 3 panel interviews with 2 people in each of them.
