I first received an initial phone screening with the Human Resources Director. This call lasted for about 15-30 minutes. Then within a couple days or so they asked me to come in and interview with the E-Commerce Director, the head of the Internet department. Went very well he is super friendly and cooperative. Within a week from the first interview to the last I received an offer.
