My interview was with the store manager with APAC Operations manager. Very inviting and was very casual. The questions were more personality based rather than scenario based. My next interview was with the head of the sneaker makers for APAC. Also very relaxed and they were a mix of skill and personality based questions.

They asked me to make ten drawings for them and send them within two days. I did this and worked really hard on the drawings. Then I didn’t hear anything for two weeks. Then got a call to schedule interview. I did the interview and thought it went so well, then was ghosted. I followed up twice. A lot of time and effort just to be ignored. Really disappointing.

They asked about my awareness whether or not I knew that in this position I would take on other roles when no sneaker art was available.
They reviewed my application. It takes 2 weeks before I have my interview with the store manager and then with the senior manager. And another week for the result in Golden Goose.
