The entire experience interviewing with this company was very frustrating and unprofessional. The recruiter that contacted me initially stated the wrong date for our interview and I had to reach out to her for clarification on the correct date. I let that slide as an honest mistake. No big deal. The first interview was just general experience questions. This occurred on a Friday. The recruiter stated that she would then contact me on Sunday for the next steps. Sunday came and went with no contact from her. I reached out to her on Monday and she then got back to me to schedule a second interview for the next day. The 2nd interview was about 45 minutes long and they were general situational and behavioral questions about your managerial style and how you would handle situations. The recruiter then said I would hear from her the next day about what would happen next. No response from her Wednesday. I sent a follow up email that evening with no reply from her. Sent her another email Thursday. No response still. At this point I moved on. I just felt it was extremely unprofessional to not reach out when you said you would. I noted that I do not want to work for a company that handles recruiting in this matter. On Saturday, I finally received a generic message on Indeed stating they were not moving forward with my application. My recommendation for the corporate leaders and recruiters for this company is to promptly follow up with applicants when you say you will. If you do not, you look extremely unorganized and unprofessional and you may be missing out on quality applicants.
