applied online and got the interview within a few weeks and got hired after the interview after a few weeks of not being in contact with the manager although they got back to me

It was quick they kept asking about my over qualifications but nothing too crazy. I got interviewed by 2 mangers and it was fast. The basic question were asked but they were both very nice

We had a great phone call. They asked about who I was and what I liked to do. They were interested in hiring someone for a long term role and not for seasonal work.
