Quick and easy. Was tested on knowledge of history and mission of gold's gym. Personality was definitely key in the hiring process and was reason I was hired. They care a lot about the customer service and how the member/guest of the gym is treated and of their overall experience.

The interview process was simple. I just showed up at the time the hiring manager and I set. We got started right away and it was smooth sailing from there.

Straight forward, looking for a candidate that will represent the company in a positive manner and welcome every person that comes through the front door. As for qualities/experience they mainly look at your customer service skills and your ability to work in a team.

They said they loved me and that I would be moved forward to second interview...ended up calling them 3 times over a course of 2 weeks and apparently the GM was too busy to interview me.. when they need people.. then emailed me saying I didnt get it when I was waiting to get interviewed again.
