An interview is a two way process between an employer and a candidate - which I believe this company failed to recognize . In short, it was an incoherent, 1 hour long meeting , month wait* interview process. They did not respect the time and patience I had. Initial interview was scheduled two weeks after initial contact, then rescheduled at the time of interview (not even an hour or 15 minute courtesy heads up), on top of multiple unanswered emails that understandably called for a response/update. Any candidate who values self worth should not put in the time and effort for a company who doesn’t have the courtesy to have a transparent process. Moreover, it should not be common practice for an employer to go “radio silent” on a candidate; very unprofessional. It is much more appreciated to give an explanation and feedback to a candidate, regardless of the decision, so it can help better improve themselves with their job search.
