Disjointed. After one or two fairly random phone interviews, the process petered out. I was forced to chase the recruiting person repeatedly only to be told that the role was no longer available. He seemed surprised / annoyed that I would want to know where we stood. It struck me as a pretty unprofessional process.
Was well orchestrated with multiple rounds with the hiring manager, a presentation on the technology, a culture fit round and a round with the leader of the site before moving to the HR round
Multi-stage interview with hiring manager and team. Began with recruiter, then hiring manager, followed by the team. Process made sense, with clear next steps and expectations before and after each stage.

Q. What previous experience do you have in this area in particular.
Easy referral from a friend. First they called me on the phone. It was about 30 minutes. Next they liked me, so they called me in for an in person interview. There were multiple people in that meeting. I found out I was hired later that day.
