It was a long and drawn out process. Recruiter was friendly but I had to follow up frequently and they were slow to respond. I met with many people from the team I was initially interviewing for, and they changed their minds about what the position would end up being which was fine but a little strange.

Entretien
The recruiter called me, arranging the initial screening call.
At the day of the arranged call she postponed it to the next week, due to urgent issues.
At the rescheduled day she postponed for few more hours due to technical issue.
Later that day she suggested to call back the next day, which she didn't do.
Few days later I sent a follow up, to which she replied that she's parting ways with GoTo and someone else will take over her duties and get back to me.
No contacts with the company since that time.

Entretien
First round of interview was with HR person over phone call, second round of interview with regional colleague 1 on 1 call, third with PM team members and final round with future manager.

Initially, I had a screening Call, followed by interview with PM team leads, followed by interview with PM department head. After that, an offer is given. The offer was via email so you may be able to negotiate a bit.
