Entretien
The interview process was notably disorganized and chaotic. Scheduling issues led to multiple rescheduled and delayed meetings. Communication between departments was poor, resulting in confusion about interview stages and next steps. Overall, it lacked professionalism and structure, making the experience frustrating and unproductive. This left me with a negative impression of the company’s organizational capabilities.
