It was good. Got on the phone and actually practiced a call that will be used to make sales and further your career. This place seemed really laid back and down to earth, which is what I was looking for

Contacted me fairly quickly via email after online application submission. Contact was made via electronic response with the ability to schedule your own phone interview. Red flag 1 - position is a revolving door. The interview itself went great, but they aren't really looking for someone who is sales or customer oriented. They are only wanting someone who will stay on script. The job is a remote position, but it is not an immediate start date. You have to wait until the next virtual training class starts which can be 1-2 months away.

The people were very friendly and office seemed fun. For the sales rep you have to read a script (they provide before hand) rattle it off and you be fine. The role is very scripted from beginning to end, so if “acting” is something you are okay with this job is for you. However, if you want to actually want a true sale role this isn’t for you.
