Overall, the process was good - quick feedback, helpful tips before the interview, and proactive interviewers. The coding round was a bit stressful since you are expected to complete the app and run it to show the results, but clear communication and explanation of what you are doing are key in this round. The final technical and behavioral rounds were fairly standard, including code review, designing a high-level architecture for the same domain from the code review, and many questions related to your experience and various situations. Be ready to use the STAR method to better explain situations that have occurred in your career.

What would you improve resilience for the service?
Great experience with Gocardless and the interview process wasn’t too long: Coding challenge, system design and architecture, chat about projects and experiences. People were friendly and the interview difficult was medium.
