It was your basic interview with demo lesson. It seemed like a cool job. The process was easy and smooth. Everyone was polite and i had a good impression of the company.

1. Online interview - through zoom meeting, more like screening process 2. Trial lesson and interview - 5~10 minute trial lesson, situational questions 3. Job offer - 1~2 days update after interview 4. Training - 20hrs training
Three step interview - very well thought out. Pretended to teach children english but to an adult with my own class plan. The interviewer was gentle and easygoing yet went to the point without roundabouts.
