Interview was quick and straightforward. Interviewed with my direct supervisor (no hiring manager involved). Materials were provided to get a feel for the work that would be done. All in all, it was very fluid and easy to become a part of the company. I wasn't asked to take any tests or prove anything. I think they were a little desperate.
