It was an overall positive interview. The interviewer asked some basic questions about motivation and goals. Got to learn about the role and what it requires day to day. From the interview it seems like a fast paced role that rewards you for hard work.

Very casual interview process- they want to know if you are coachable and see if you have a personality that can work in the OR and be personable during surgeries
