The interviewed was scheduled for a 1 hours session with the VP, even though I was not applying for a senior role with the company - I believe it was because they are such a small company. The meeting was scheduled for 1 hour but only took about 30 minutes, at which time that I was told I would be receiving a second, more technical, interview with another person within the company. The second interview never happened and I have yet to receive an update on my candidacy after several weeks - completely ghosted. I did not expect this from such a small company looking to build a name for itself, but I digress.
