The entire process consists of three stages. Firstly, a very formal interaction over the telephone. If they think you are compatible , they'll ask you to come down for personal interview. In second stage, there'll be a full grilling interview with senior HR in which you will be asked to sell a pen and all sorts of questions to test whether you have that acumen. I did pretty well in this round and therefore asked for final round of interview with the CEO Mr. Jigar Thakkar himself. This was the longest round of approx 2 hours. In this round questions from past life are asked and also one needs to sell him 10 pens of course. I was going good but at the end when I've been asked to ask question about company I made a mistake by asking him a question that he by himself did not know about his company, then in order to avoid awkwardness I explained it to him. This is the part where I think I made a terrible mistake I could see how I destroyed his ego very badly. He though said "if everything goes well you will get appointment within 1 or 2 days" but there was no call and no email from GlobeIT solutions after that. I cried a lot after a week as I traveled more than 800+kms just to attend this interview and if he didn't want to hire me, he should have at least gave me a hint.
