Bait and switch. Req. advertises position as "leading a sales team" and "managing team performance". as an employee. You are then invited to an "interview" which is actually a video meeting with over 50 people. You are shown a long cheesy presentation about how great the company and role are. This includes unicorn math completely unrealistic about how much money you can make then thrown into a 1:1 to be told this is 1099 role as an entry level seller. You have to pay for your own licensing then told they do not hire managers but you might be able to be one if you work hard. You will get 11 desperate text notifications over two days to "remind" you of the "interview". Red flags all over the place for a reason. Don't waste your time.

Sent generic email for 5 minutes with a director. Took place with screener. Standard questions. Tells you to attend a group zoom to learn about company. Never happened. Then contacts me for a different role, never showed up. Found all the reviews they are a scam. Now on LinkedIn wasting people’s time and getting hopes up. Steer clear.
