I was supposed to meet with an agency director. I drove 1.5 hours to get there, and when I pulled in the parking lot all of these vehicles were pulling in with me which meant a group interview. A man walking in with me said that he tried to get more information on the job before he drove there, but they were unwilling to answer his e-mails. I said, "Well that's a red flag right there." You had to go into a small conference room to fill out a short form, then have a brief conversation with a man that was very nice. Then what they didn't tell you is you wait about half an hour to listen to a speaker for an hour in a room without social distancing. There were two speakers and about 12 of us applicants. By then, a lot of us had to go to the restroom, but there was only one working toilet since the men's room was out of order. What was very shocking to me is that I was the only one wearing a mask out of all of the employees in the office, the interviewers, the speakers, and the candidates. It felt like a dangerous environment due to that since we are in the middle of a pandemic where people are dying. I feel like they should have been transparent and just said, "Hey, this is a large group interview for a few available commission only/no benefit positions." I didn't realize the presentation would be a full hour in a room right next to 13 other people not wearing a mask. In hindsight, I should have left when I saw that no one was wearing a mask.

It was a zoom video call with around 50 people, where the separate into small groups to tell a little bit about the position, ask the people couple questions, they're clear about what you have to do and the kind of people they are looking for.
