They didn't call me again, Globant wants people with a very good level of English, B2 +, C1, C2, your knowledge goes to the background

A couple of phones interview, a small exam online and a videocall with a PM. Very easy and very simple the process. Then they give you to the formal monetary proposal. In the end, is been more than a month and nothing. They say. Welcome, but we call you. what?

1) A phone screening after applying online.
2) Interview at Globant Offices with a recruiter.
3) Technical interview at Globant Offices
4) After the feedback of the tech interview they make an offer.
