Very comfortable with 3 rounds of interview. Had to sign a bond for a year, but totally worth it as i can learn a lot and thats why i choose to stay. I was offered salary on par with the prevailing market rates but i got hikes with in few moths. They are looking out for talent and can go any extent for it.
