I had an initial interview with the recruiter that went well, basic HR questions. Second interview was with th co-founder, the interview was rescheduled once without notice, I understand, people get busy. Second interview went quite well. Final interview was supposed to be with the CEO, it got rescheduled 3 different times without notice, I just waited there for 15 minutes, emailing the lady each time, who just said, whoops, lets reschedule. Finally on the last day, I was left waiting without any notice, and I expressed that maybe I wasn't interested, and the scheduler just said, ok, thanks. No apologies from the CEO or the scheduler, even though both interviews before went well. Unfortunately it was very unprofessional, and I think the scheduler should not be communicating or scheduling with potential employees.
