Interview process is not good. Interview was for Google project which global logic is working on. Interviewer seemed to be rude, had mugged up some java questions from websites like stack-overflow and was not ready to listen to something different from what they have read. They were asking same questions which you will ask a student which has passed out from a college. And when I told something in my own language he said he cannot understand. Would like to say you will understand when you try to understand it from logical perspective The behavior was also not good. Even was not decent enough to ask me after interview whether I had any questions. I gave the same feedback to HR and she was kind enough to get my 1st round done again. But again the same thing happened and this time I thought not to share anything as it is evident what kind of people work there. They were probably hired after learning some core java concepts. It also seemed like they are pretty new to this and do not know hoe to conduct the process

The interview was scheduled for 1 hour, but it started around 30 minutes late and lasted only about 20 minutes. The interviewer focused mainly on basic concepts like microservices and Java collections. However, the interaction felt rushed, and some questions were repeated multiple times. The overall experience could have been more structured and professional, with better communication and time management. Feedback was shared very quickly without much discussion.
